The aperture mechanism in the Arsat 50mm F1.4 slipped mid-roll and wouldn't open wider than approx F5.6. Thought I fixed it but I'll need to figure out a more permanent fix.

I've had this made in Ukraine Arsat H 50mm F1.4 lens for 2 years now. It came unable to open wider than F8-ish and with small spots of internal fungus. I finally disassembled it, cleaned the glass, and, I think, got the aperture unstuck.
If only there was some kind of national organization for this kind of stuff. Like a center. For disease control.\
