I think my point isn’t that young people aren’t protesting at all - they just have different things that get them fired up. It’s really common for us in the older activist community to wonder “where are all the young people?”

This past Saturday marked the 1-year anniversary of the Trump Takedown protests outside the San Francisco Tesla dealership. The protests began when a lone young woman sat at their entrance with a sign saying NO! Since then there's been a protest every Sat.
If the United States is going to go around the world causing regime changes, we should practice here first.

I work in leadership for a nonprofit serving adults with disabilities. I can always take a sick day but I think my act of resistance this time is to keep serving this vulnerable community.
