Not only that, it puts so much more stress on vulnerable Cs. It's completely unnecessary. If the additional stress is the point, that's disgusting and I'd argue unethical. It can do *so* much more damage to Cs health, and some of that damage can be permanent.

Why on earth would you bother to deny at that point? It wastes court time (because of course we have to have disability assessment hearings for these), slows everything down, and wrecks their credibility. Heck, they're arguably misleading the court at that point.

In all of those cases, I have oodles of documentation that the R did in fact know. One of my bundles is entirely made up of OH reports and doctors' letters to the R, all supporting the C. They've seen *all* of this documentation before.

I'm sitting in a CVP lobby waiting for a crown court trial to start this morning. It was meant to start at 10 AM. However, once again, Serco has failed to bring the defendant to court on time. How they haven't lost their contract is completely beyond me. Almost like the problem isn't juries.
