Changes Coming For The Concho Observer As of today, new leadership takes the helm of The Concho Observer. Will McDaniel is taking over the role as Publisher/Editor-in-Chief. Will has a new, exciting vision for The Concho Observer. He is in the process of assembling his team and making plans for a new look and focus for the website. While the old, newsroom style we have been using will change, The Concho Observer's presence as a courageous community voice will remain.

Will McDaniel takes over as the new Publisher of The Concho Observer.
