Building your character would result in the game generating the start music with each choice,setting and scene or NPC bringing its own selections. A higher score in a stat would increase the chances that music that fit's your character attitude soundtrack appears and works
Since most Cyberpunk and hiest movies in general are about attitude the music would generate the attuide. Plus it would make a playlist of your play through you can listen too later.
