I love the collaborative process with clients, especially when the inspiration for the final phase is something as fun as a German beer stein and the request to “create something magical” and “make the lounge the best room in the house.” It’s about taking their vision and going beyond.

Drawings are the bridge from an idea to a reality. Today, I am transforming the inspiration image into a usable .dwg file in AutoCAD, which can then be forwarded to the fabrication company.

Installation days bring an undeniable thrill! Regardless of my years of experience, I always feel a flutter of butterflies in my stomach and a few concerns about potential surprises that may arise. A big thank you to @bringpro for the seamless delivery and stunning art installation!

The framing team is progressing at an incredible pace on the vineyard project. They are expertly positioning the trusses and constructing the rooms for this stunning design by @axis3architects . I particularly admire the soaring ceilings in this entry hall.

It's great to be back and see all the progress on the Lucero project. TCI Development and their team have successfully poured the slab for the ADU and have started chalking the lines for framing on the main house. The fireplace hearth looks fantastic!

The flavors and freshness of the cuisine in Jordan are truly exceptional! The meats, vegetables, butter, cheese, spices, and breads are sourced and crafted right in the same village where they are sold. Our wonderful family prepared meals for us most evenings, and we enjoyed dining together.
