Not a lawyer (obviously), but I thought part of the purpose of American free speech laws was to allow people like this to speak openly, so that voters could spot them and make GD sure they never held public office.

Kudos to Eaton for going straight at dementia. I get being careful about making a medical diagnosis, but how much more evidence do we need? Trump is clearly unstable and getting worse fast. He should not have the power to use nuclear weapons. I am begging you & your colleagues 1/2
