1000 days is a lot, too many days of pain and tragedy. But it is also 1000 days of strength, courage and resilience of all those who protect us. And all we can do on this 1000th day, and three days ago, and three days from now, is to do everything we can to help them.
“Big dates” mean nothing, but “big dates” are the occasions, the occasions to go out and remind your government that you are still rooting for us, to donate to the UA funds, to talk to a relative who thinks that things are ambiguous here.
1000 days is a long time (10 years is incomprehensible), we are all tired, you are all tired, but just like on the first day, Ukrainians are here - fighting for survival (google Odesa, Sumy, Hlukhiv, these are just the last few days of our reality). This fight is possible only with your support.
The war has been going on for 10 years now, but it would be hypocritical of me not to say that I really felt it 1000 days ago. There is a big difference between knowing that missiles are flying at someone and having missiles flying at you. The latter is very much a wake-up call.
