As a Wharton/Penn grad, I am reasonably confident its educators didn’t do a great job of instilling knowledge in a related prominent example.

Absolutely. Nowadays, it’s the occasional corporate filing or Docusign that I have to do and it takes me longer than it should to remember what I’m doing each time, but I will be damned if I ever let myself become incapable of doing any aspect of the work

In other words, even in a non-litigation practice, you should know how all the aspects of the job work
