Switching meds for the first time in 4 years as I’ve not been doing good. Switching from citalopram to venlafaxine. I might be ill this week due to the transition. I might not. I am nervous! X

It’s a hard pill to swallow to know that you’re in the throes of depression and really struggling at the moment. Hopefully having my medication readjusted will help…

I have a cat and I line its tray with newspaper before putting the cat litter in. I always keep an eye out for newspapers with pictures of Nigel Farage as I like the idea of my cat taking a shit on his smug face.

I accidentally put a bag of crisps in the fridge twenty years ago whilst putting shopping away, sighed at myself the next day when I realised, ate them anyway and now can't not have chilled crisps. They're like room temperature crisps, only better.

Currently wearing both a hearing aid & a cochlear implant which was implanted aged 25, I am flabbergasted how I made it through childhood, school & uni only wearing hearing aids for the first 25 years of life. The hearing aid sounds so poor, quiet and muffled, and the implant is loud and clear.

Kanye West, Elon Musk and Donald Trump all make me sick in equal measures. Why are there such awful people in a position of extreme power and influence?
