1. More Skins with differing attributes

Keep Joe Fixit in bit give him new abilities, like a special Tommy gun move, Professor Hulk skin with laser weapons, Playable Devil Hulk that is slower but has stronger base stats, Immortal Hulk skin with a revive ability, etc

2. More Destructibility in Environment, Enviornment Variety, Dismemberment of enemies and vehicles

3. Replayable Story Missions during campaign

Sometimes I just wanna try a mission out again with the new stuff I've learned.

4. Refined Moveset

Grabbing missiles while running, Charged version of air dash, more control over jumps (forward leap versus vertical leap), armor Weaponization (using a car to make an arm covering similar to planet hulk, etc), disarming hulkbusters, and more would be welcome

.

5. Customizable Hulk

I'd love the option for different pants colors including purple pants, the option to wear ripped up shirts, shoes, shades of green on the skin, etc. Implement something like the system that Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster has.

6. Actually enterable Church Hub Area as Bruce

Would be nice to enter there as Bruce and talk to Samson as well as buy new moves from there rather than it just being a static menu. Maybe a training mode could be here as well

7. Hud Customization

Any way to actively display hit point amounts and enemy Claes would be very helpful. Also the ability to change icons on the minimap, color, shape, etc

8. An ability to do the funny Metal Gear reference outside of that one mission at any time

9. Separate Soundtrack Disk/Downloadable HQ score

I would love to own this on it's own in higher quality. PLEASE make it happen

10. Photo Mode

With all of the crazy shit that can happens in this game during combat or the silly things that can happen in the open world or during missions, it's a big shame that there are no dedicated photo mode options for it. I'd like to see that in an update.
