We absolutely can "support our most vulnerable." Republicans not only choose not to, they hold political hostages to prevent us from doing so.

I think the anger has a lot to do with the fact that all non wealthy American adults walks around with some sense of impending doom waiting for a hospital stay to make them homeless. Or a job loss to make them homeless. Or having a job and still being homeless. We are in constant fear.

We don't acknowledge the mistakes of the past. The foundation of our country is genocide and racism. White people here really love their fake superiority. Racism is hard to get rid of when most racists won't admit they're racist or that racism is bad.

And don't forget, they're always the target and only victims of said problem that isn't there. They've got a fan fiction boogeyman for everything.

The SAVE Act destroys state voter data, requires purge of state data and forces election data to come from a corrupt database created by DOGE/DHS/DOJ.

Republicans are afraid of fair elections.

Requiring IDs at the polling place amounts to an illegal and unconstitutional poll tax.

As you & million more everyday knows that this voting fraud boogeyman is a smoke screen to disenfranchise poor working American voters. Low voters turnout is the winning key to republican candidates. This happened in Wisconsin after they passed voter ID law. Now they want to upgraded to passport!

Even if all of these happened in the same jurisdiction in the same election (which they weren't), the chance that they would have changed the outcome is vanishingly small in most places.
