A poetry prompt for NaPoWriMo by Lesley Sharpe that reads: 'What hasn't been voiced? Ekphrasis can kindle new writing by responding to an existing narrative - literally 'speaking out', or 'back', or 'for' a person, animal, or object in an image, even something beyond the frame. Play with that, see where it leads, and leave it behind to create something unexpected.'
