I ran it last year and loved it. I also ran on the five man relay in 2004 and 2005 and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. The locals really turn out each year to make the race weekend a huge success. And if you’ve never been through the memorial and museum, it is one of the most emotional and moving

Brag: My training was thrown off for a couple of weeks with a heel bone spur that kept me from running, but I’ve run 6 of the last 8 days and covered a total of 25 miles with little to no pain!! I’m feeling stronger every day!! #RunChat
I did one today also, and it really seemed to help. I have felt pretty good all day!
A7: I’ve had a few run ins with wild animals and stray dogs, but nothing too serious. I have had to step in the ditch a few times also because drivers didn’t see me or didn’t care! #RunChat
A6: I probably don’t have any equipment that makes me feel safe. I was always reassured in knowing I could use my phone if I got into a bad situation, but I don’t carry it anymore since I got a Garmin for Christmas. #RunChat
A5: Be visible and always run on the left side of the road so you can see oncoming traffic if you do have to jump in the ditch! Always assume that the driver doesn’t see you. #RunChat
A4: Just slow down!! I’m in a hurry when I’m driving sometimes myself, so I get it, but I was always taught the pedestrian has the right-of-way, so I make a conscious effort to slow down and give a lot of space to runners/walkers when I encounter them. #RunChat
A3: I’ve had a few dogs that have caused me to veer another direction and I try to avoid skunks at all costs, but I don’t think anything else has ever caused me to go a different way. #RunChat
A2: I try to wear something reflective, but I usually don’t run in the dark unless I’m in a residential neighborhood with lots of street lights. #RunChat

OK GOP want to use Teachers Retirement to pay for private school tax credits while retired teachers haven't seen a COLA increase in nearly 20 years.
Maybe, give retired teachers a raise with any TRS savings b/c their poverty level incomes should be a real embarrassment to the state.
The Supreme Court ruled that Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs are unconstitutional because they obviously are.
If Trump tries to impose any other tariffs, Congress needs to impeach (and convict) him forthwith.
If a President is permitted to disregard the Constitution then America is done for.
Any political party spreading lies about voter fraud as a pretext to make it harder for every one to vote is sending a clear message: they can't win on their ideas alone.
