I hadn't seen WOTW for a long time and it was a favourite of mine growing up along with Invaders from Mars. It mostly holds up although I'm not sure about the ending.

TLADILA was a first-time watch and I loved it. I always assumed it was a Michael Mann film but it is very much William Friedkin!

Battleship Potemkin was a first-time watch and lived up to its reputation. I've seen Godland and 20th Century Women multiple times. Both films are superb and continue to resonate. Also, trying to watch at least one film for #JanuaryGiallo!

Je T'Aime, Je T'Aime is incredible and a first-time watch for me. Also revisiting some of my favourite giallo films since it's #JanuaryGiallo!

The in-camera effects are amazing. I saw La Belle et la Bête years ago and remember it being just as visually striking. Probably due for a rewatch soon!

Four fantastic films for this week's #LetterboxdFriday. Rope gets better with every rewatch and I think Golden Voyage might be my favourite Sinbad movie. The Hitch-Hiker and The Breaking Point were first time watches and didn't disappoint.

#NowWatching a real blast from the past! Brings back fond memories of browsing the horror section of the video store as a teenager with my friends. Over 30 years later, it's still a lot of fun, but not as creepy as I remember.
