Folks are terrified yam tits will "cancel the elections". And while he IS actively doing everything in his power to do that, he simply has no way to accomplish it. He can declare all the wars he wants, but we had elections through the Civil War, the Revolution, 2 World Wars, Vietnam, Korea, etc.
