I have a casein allergy (not lactose intolerance) so I veganize many sauces/etc that use dairy. but I can eat goat + sheep cheese in small doses

(thank u korean food for being delicious, mostly dairy free, and easy to tweak based on the ingredients I have on hand already)

my work place is right next to a $$ restaurant where i get a discount which is a DANGEROUS and EVIL concept, so i religiously pack my meals instead. as a notoriously osamu-coded individual i wanted to share some of the nonsense i've come up with lol
