As much as I hate common throwaway phrases, there's still a valid point I believe. I think it's more on how we often belittle our own capabilities because we see someone else doing something better than we can. There's always something you can do well that someone may look up to you the same way.

You are amazing as you are! You shouldn't compare yourself to others, only yourself. Are you happy with what you've come up with? Is it better than you've had before? That's how you should see it and improve.
