Yes, but there are bans in there too now.
Yeah I do Matt. No one in Europe wants to see the likes of Chelsea completely ignore the rules, so UEFA have to act. Hence why these fines are much bigger than ever before and bans have formed part of the settlement.
I don't know, just know it's not ours.
These are big sanctions for UEFA, plus the 4y they have to comply or they get hit harder, and the crucial one, a year ban if they breach it by β¬20m. They will have to comply, albeit they have plenty of players to sell now.
It's theirs, they all have 88 in the name.
This is the final year it's allowed I think.
That's a different, similar, one.

This is nice
No, they've said they've been told by a contact.
Why are you so aggressive?
I'm well aware of the regs, 5.02b and 5.02c in particular.
3 have.
Anyway UEFA doesn't have to announce a decision as Lyon are currently relegated, so as it stands there is no issue.
Regarding your post on Sam C's thread, I don't want to reply there.
3 separate reports of contacts saying we're clear, plus what Kaveh said, who's clearly being briefed by Palace.
He couldn't say anything else, it was easily searchable in the public domain, as well as being well reported at the time. I suspect it was a direct question from UEFA rather than anything else. Lying in that instance was never an option.
And Kaveh has said it today.
More than that.
Sky Kaveh.
More than that Warren.
Today.
Indeed.
On another note FC DAC 1904 DunajskΓ‘ Streda have been kicked out due to MCO rules today.
There is absolutely no way you can say definitively that Palace will be kicked out of Europe if Lyon's appeal is successful. If we were definitely out of Europe UEFA could've announced that already. They're avoiding having to make a decision, hoping that Lyon remain relegated.
If we were out UEFA could publish the decision that we're out, subject to the Lyon ruling from their appeal.
The need to publish a decision goes away for UEFA if Lyon are relegated. Imagine them announcing we're in, Marinakis appeals then Lyon are relegated. This delay avoids that.
No, just means the club can't say anything until UEFA are ready. I fully believe we know we're in, and all this is just UEFA waiting with the hope that Lyon are relegated, thus avoiding any need to publish a decision.
UEFA desperately trying to avoid having to publish a decision that leaves them open to possible legal challenge. I'm sure we've been told we're in anyway.
Bobby Manzi posted this today.
It was someone at the club, rather than UEFA. Has been backed up by two others I know of, one on the BBS as the pic, and one who has another contact.
You're not wrong.
