Tried to make arayes but ran into an issue were the pitas wouldnt form a pocket. I only got two to open up properly. So I had to improvise. I fried the remaining pitas in olive oil and cooked the remaining filling. Made a yogurt spread and made a makeshift meal.
Next weekend ill be leaving for a trip to Washington to celebrate my little sister graduating university this year. We are going to Olympic National Park and going to stay some days in seattle as well. Very excited to visit another new state for me.

A drink from Jerry Thomas bar keepers guide thats a cross between an old fashioned and a whiskey sour. A really combination of ingredients that really works well with the whiskey. Definitely gonna try this with my good rye next time
Doom 64
A very interesting addition to the franchise that does feel very unique due to being made for n64. The demon key stuff is cool but feels very much a thing you need a guide for cause it seems like that you couldn't jsut stumble on the secret levels for them.
Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined
An interesting remaster for a few reasons. Despite not playing the other versions I definitely do feel were things got changed. Story is amazing like always especially the cutscenes and voice acting. Gameplay wise most of the game is very easy.It does even out by the end.
First drink ive made that my stomach 100% did not like so i gave it to my roommate instead

Essentially a Long Island ice tea but you add blue curacao and sub the coke for sprite.
Honestly the only thing that comes through is the tequila. Kinda disappointing on all fronts tbh. Blue curacao and disappointed go together like chocolate and peanut butter

Made a late 1800s recipe for Chicken Paprikash and galuska with my mom. Very good recipe and easy to make.The sauce is incredibly good for how simple it is. Galuska is basically spleztle and it soaks up the sauce so well.
My theory is its all the fruit and sweet liquors in it. Kinda like a "virgin" cocktail. but I cant find anything on this drink cause it was from an unpublished cocktail book

I think its funny how this could have easily been a plot to a American action movie. Its been a minute since ive watched an old school dub and some of these lines killed me. Themes hold up pretty well in modern time and the designs are cool. Briareos is a cool guy

A gin daisy that uses campari. A very citrusy drink. I decided to use old tom gin because it's a bit sweeter so it'll help balance out the tart from the lemon and cointreau as well as the campari bitterness. I was right and its pretty balanced so im happy.

Made Coq au vin. Been wanting to make this for awhile and it turned out so good. The vegetables are amazing and the chicken is perfect. Legs hurt from standing for 2 and half hours but it was worth it made some mashed potatoes to go with it

An immaculate expansion by John Romero. Really plays to the strengths of doom 1 as a game and shows a great understanding of design and player tendencies.
I was stuck in B+ for months. As soon as i get back from frosty I end up getting a 23 winstreak and escaping. Idk what clicked in my head but does it feel good.
