Gluten-free flour, erythrit, almond milk, eggs, blueberry, oil, backing powder and vanilla. No water. It needs some tricks to back them successfully.

I made gluten free, sugar free and lactose free blueberry muffins… so everyone at the office can eat it. They taste okay, even without all the good stuff. 😉
