To be fair, a lot of these ideas like the animations aren't a replacement for genuine posing, but they help with background characters that you have less focus on!!

One last idea to toss into the pot!! Just because a mod or animation has one intention, doesn't mean it has to be used solely for that purpose!!

Using @dragoness.etheirys.social's "Blood on Death" mod, you can make a pretty convincing wine spill :)

I just figured if one of my tricks helped anyone out, then it'd be worth the hassle compiling all that.

Another tip is to utilize invisible actors! Just slap this mod on and everything but your character's clothing is invisible!

Ever have one of those strange places that's available only in a cutscene, but you DESPERATELY want to pose there? Well sometimes you can!

Take the ship from Dawntrail's intro, for instance, you can actually access the cabins beneath the map itself. Just be careful, sometimes its not lit up!!

While this isn't the best example, you CAN take every aspect of one environment and put it over another using brio! Here I took the sky, particles and other details from Sohr Khai and just slapped 'em over Old Sharlayan!

Another example is with one of my more recent pictures! The flame effects are from Nidhogg's "Hot Wing" ability & Thordan's Dragon's Gaze, he has a torch in his mouth to simulate flame as well as give off a light-source and there a dozen torches placed in the fire itself for quick lighting effects!

Another great trick I've found is another animation bit! If you type "Mon_SP001" and upwards, you can access every battle effect a non humanoid model has!

The flame effects here are from Memoria Misera with an invisible Varis with a light source hidden inside of the effect itself! Super easy!

A really dumb, but fun trick I've abused the living heck out of is using @dekken.bsky.social's torchlight mod for quick & efficient lighting on the fly.

With and without the lighting from the torch. . . oh, and also the torch LMAO

The animation tool isn't only for base poses you can improve, either! Here's a simple thrown together pose. I used 'scattergun' again to get the smoke effect and made the actor doing it invisible!

Oh, and also my dumb butt realized too late that isn't the bolt on a rifle she's pulling but shhh.
