Went to the doctor alone for the first time in 🇯🇵 and she thinks I got the kafunsho (hay fever).
If it's confirmed that I'm kafunsho-ed officially, I'll ask for Japanese nationality next.

That true happiness comes when you understand what really matters and just take simple actions to become better.

As I want to enjoy life with people I love without the fear of having to return home. To be honest our rapidly changing world makes me question what "stability" means from time to time but I try to not beat myself more than that.

In a few days it will be two years since we moved to Japan. It's with a bit of emotion that I look back at when we went through to get there.
The main turning point was finding a job after months of stressful search in an international startup.

For Christmas, I finally bought my son a Nintendo Switch 2.
It’s a common gift, but it marks a promise I made to myself when moving to Japan: either as a small victory, or as a goodbye present if things didn’t work out.
It took time but we made it 🇯🇵.

The other nice thing is that my 6yo son is allowed to join, for security reasons he can't play but he is allowed to do the scoring when we play matches at the end.
The ladies are fond of him and mom can have some free time, it's a win-win.
