Bonus advice: if you dev at home or bulk roll, you have used canisters sitting around. Cut your film leader square and loosely tape it to the extra film from one, and put 120 adapters on both canisters. That way, when you’re finished, you can unload your camera in the light.
Turns out 1.25 winds is about right. Distance between frames changes slightly over the roll, but only slightly.
The Lubitel (at least the Soviet ones—I don’t know about the Lomography remake) does too. gaff tape the HELL out of that window!
I’ve done sprockets on my Holga too; seems obvious, but winding for a 6x6 frame is the same horizontally and vertically, if it’s a direct wind of the spool.

Around this time last year, I bought a lot of expired Portra 160nc 120 rolls, not realizing that they had been kept at room temperature, unwrapped, for at least 20 years. I shot my way through full half of them before figuring out that I needed to be metering this stuff at 25 ISO.

Ran a test of Fomapan 400 and Eastman xx, both pushed to 1600, for portrait work. Each has expressive strengths and weaknesses—I just find it really remarkable the differences between black and white films.
