Personally not sure if lithium batteries are a good choice at scale, but you already addressed newer battery tech in your video anyway.

I think the thing holding me back has been the difference in scale. Like sure we have good batteries for phones and laptops, but the power grid is a completely different size.

I have not kept up with battery tech to be fair, so idk how feasible it is to build batteries big enough for the grid
