Voordat je het over counterfactual wil hebben, moeten we eerst weten wat de treatment is. Uit het NOS artikel lijkt het een RDD waarbij net wel / net niet gematst zijn de treatment is. Iedereen is dus geslaagd. En hoe kan dan net wel / niet gematst een groot effect hebben?
