A few chapters in, so included as last read of the year. Been on the shelf since publication but prompted by Gef’s appearance in Hollow & an excellent drama/art film co-written by Catling which was brought to my attention coincidentally. Seemed like time. It’s great.
Fully agree re. Hollow. Scope for so much more with that Bosch & Bruegel thing. Course of the Heart an absolute revelation. Blew me away.
