Riley Baronoffsky is a blue toucan who lives in Garrein. He's a refugee from Exanpio, a land where everyone was a massive spherical blimp thanks to the former tyrant called The Blimperor. He's new to the modern world, and he's rather jittery and nervous a lot...

When his compression bracelet breaks or if he takes it off, Riley bwoomphs into a 40-foot wide blimp~ His favorite methods to blow up are by puffkisses and hyperventilating~ After getting comfortable, his jittery nature is replaced by a more flustered one... on occasion, he'll get comfortable and get a bit smug~

I can kinda agree, it’s weird. But also it kinda makes sense? They said humans used to also live there, and Ditto clearly used to live with a human. I don’t see why they wouldn’t use manmade stuff lying around to re-create that, just with the absence of the humans it once accommodated.

Funnily enough one of my friends (you know who you are) absolutely HATES that I’m refusing the name Peakychu lol. Everyone else seems to agree with me that I had the better idea
