To get out of dodge this weekend with not a point of even one GD lost to our rivals, will do very nicely.

I’ve generally believed that it’s funny they’re in the mix but that they’ll survive in the end. I’m starting to wonder whether they actually may not be ok. Upcoming games vs Palace and Forest are shit or bust territory

They’re running out of winnable games. If they lose to Palace in mid week, then Liverpool away… that next up is Forest in what will become a must win.

The change in PSR coming this year, should be good for us and them. Big clubs, with big support, large stadiums, big sponsorship etc. I don’t see any of the teams coming up this time being able to do what Sunderland did this time around. They will all go straight back down

The second half of this season has shown them to be a bottom third team. Without that fast start, they’d be in trouble now. Could be a sign of what’s to come but also, it’s what they did in the Championship last year

So we need 6 points from our last 11 games to clear the top end of that. They would need an almighty turnaround or anybody else, an almighty collapse for it not to be West Ham from here

Having looked through every team´s fixtures all you really have to do, is look at West Ham´s. Go through them 5 times, be generous, ultra generous, harsh etc... they dont never get anywhere near enough points, in any prediction, to drag anyone else in to it, in my opinion.

Personal opinion but when I see people like him / of his personality type, I don’t think they’re capable of introspection. A bit Trump like… they’re convinced they’re right about everything.

You can’t feel sorry for a man who thinks we were beneath him. I genuinely think he thinks he should be in one of the top jobs in the world. He’s delusional and far too confident in his own limited abilities

For pure schadenfreude, I would love to see him get another premier league job. Get him back to ER on a night game under the lights. It would be terrific.

We will look back after the season and realise that we had it covered quite early. There is no way we are going down. West Ham won’t pass 35 points and we will end up on about 44. We are a mid table team just had a wobbly start

A thought experiment, bearing in mind how Keith Andrews has done this year… do you think if you put Marsch in at Brentford he would do ok? I think he’s a terrible coach but he would probs do ok there
