I'm glad to hear Mission: Space getting some appreciation like that! It's a very sleek attraction. Not my personal favorite, but I don't mind it at all. It certainty has more going for it than most people will admit.

I wonder how much of that has to do with the stress of planning. Take away the logistical part of visiting Disney, and it might have the same feeling it has always had.
There's a lot of competition for our attention now too. Can the rides, thrills, effects, and so on compare to phones and media?
Disney parks can feel disjointed with the collection of IP, as you mentioned. I appreciate when parks have a belonging type of feel, everything complementing each other nicely.
Universal Studios Florida has that mismatched feel more than any other major park in my opinion. Random, little cohesion.
But I really can't argue against Everest. I can't describe how much I adore that attraction and how much it adds to DAK.
Universal has taken more risks than Disney recently. I'd love to experience Europa-Park in person. Everything they've created recently looks incredible from afar.
Mission Space, interesting! Why that one? Because of theme, technology, personal preference, thrill?
DAK would change considerably without Kilimanjaro. At that point, it's just a very pretty Disney park. BGT's safari is an upcharge, unless you count the train.

That’s some good zapping! For the crash site, it helps to be in the second car so all the targets are active by the time you get in there.
Once the RVs are past the spinning point, you can still hit the exhaust port. You can get a lot then with the stable target. Like 5–10 hits in a row.
I missed out on a possible max out though. 😔
I had almost 800,000 before the scan. The ride then paused and resumed soon after. But, the gameplay stopped working. Couldn't get any more points. Dang!

The original Six Flags chain built three ground-up parks: Six Flags Over Texas, Over Georgia, and Over Mid-America.
The third, currently known as Six Flags St. Louis, will be under new ownership. Strange to think of that park as something other than Six Flags.

I waited out there during previews. On opening day, a VIP guide (with no guests, nothing better to do) took my wife and me on a tour around the attraction. Got to wander around the extended queue.
The sign is still up. Nothing to worry about. The ride is totally fine!

They definitely captured the coziness and mystery of the movie's opening scene and finale. The scents and queue were special for their time. It all held up nicely in a classic type of way. There's no replicating that feeling.
