Sunbeam mixer circa 1980's (maybe?) with 12 settings for cake, butter whipped cream, etc.

Oh no! It's butter not whipped cream.

Finally, whipped cream.

Since we're staying in for Valentines Day, I figured I'd try to make chocolate mousse.

The custard came out fine,but the whipped cream was a different story. My antique mixer has a setting for whipped cream, but my 1st attempt turned into butter. My 2nd attempt came out much better.
