I do wholeheartedly believe it will be a lot worse this time though, and have no faith in the courts as a brake this time. Hopefully him breaking things does create some opportunity for change/political momentum for something new afterwards, but it will be brutal in the interim for a lot of people
That’s probably the correct reading unfortunately. The only hope is that he’s appointing people who just functionally do not know how to govern/operate in government cuz they’re outsiders, which can mean they’ll be less effective/easier to sue when they violate the APA and other statutory mandates
