There's something about hem stitch my left handed brain cannot get. I watched at least 6 videos, swear at all of them being shit in their own special ways. Then think I get it and hate it as it tedious. Later on, forget how to do it and repeat the cycle.
How it started... (fucked up and missed a slot)... how it is going.
I would like to thank chatgpt for doing the weaving math. I wouldn't attempt weaving again without it. And I gave it "i got 175g of sugar cream, 7.5 dent" and it told me how much to warp.
My angora rabbit Lucien has no object permanence. It is medicine time, and he is hiding under his bed. He is stunned that I can find him. He has never solved those intelligence toys that hide treats.
My other 2 rabbits do not have this issue.

If spinning a cotton ball is not difficult enough, try spinning it using a ball and some rubber bands.
Lucien got into the tissue box. It must have blown his mind. He was strangely defensive over them, too, and wouldn't let me clean up his mess.

I have a new spinning wheel! My 7th wheel, Majacraft Aura! Joins my Majacraft Pioneer. So far, there has been a lot of fiddling with the double drive tension and trying to get the highest ratio possible on the high-speed head.

What I like about working at a yarn/fiber shop is when people come in and look relieved to see me. Usually it's fixing crochet, picking colours, or spinning disasters.

Today was fixing others knitting mistakes caused by a couple glasses of wine. Also wrestled with setting up a student's Ashford Espinner. Gosh, the uptake feels like Irish tension.
I dunno how Malabrigo gets away with mailing damp skeins. Maybe to enhance the vinegar smell we expect, like McDonald's French fries.
