I should add there may well be ibuprofen-naproxen mixes that are okay dosage wise, I just wouldnβt mix the two without advice from a pharmacist or doctor first.
You can mix different types, but shouldnβt take ibuprofen & naproxen at the same time because they are both the same type (NSAIDs). Tylenol & an NSAID together is generally fine for most people though.
