Public confidence in water companies is slipping. Only a third of people think companies provide a good service, and fewer trust them to act in the interests of the environment.
At the same time, contact with water companies is rising as households feel the pressure of increasing bills.

Our latest Customer Spotlight with @ofwat.bsky.social reveals that satisfaction and trust in water companies continues to fall. More people are contacting their provider about bill concerns, while understanding of how the water system works is declining. Customers want the basics done well.
