Can you blame “them”. I don’t know if you are referring to Iranians or Afghanis. But bottom line, the US just unloaded a tanker truck of death, destruction, and general chaos on that whole region. So to the idea that we are in for a world of hurt at some point as retaliation, I say”Duh!!!”
This falls in line with my theory about the attack on Israel a couple of years ago. I think Netanyahu facilitated the attack in order to stay in power. I think Trump is taking a page from that playbook. He thinks if the US is attacked or if we are at war it will allow him to stay in power.
Not trying to be hyperbolic, I fear we are on the cusp of a 9/11 type catastrophe that this regime is unwilling and unable to protect us from.
