Yes, the media should ask these questions. They don't. They can't. They lack the training and work inside rigid rules about how to capture attention and storytell. They have mantras for "what the public understands" that don't include science or data.
Politics runs on media, hence our world today.

We used a combination of new optical tools and analytical approaches, and report that:
- Optogenetically elevating astrocytic cAMP induces arteriole dilation in anesthetized and awake mice.
- Mild opto-stimulation causing sensory-level cAMP elevations is sufficient to induce hyperemia.

Saw an excellent argument to convince any reachable climate change doubters: every insurance company employees climate experts and prices in climate risks. If it weren't real, other companies could ignore it and undercut them in price. They don't.
