ear protection. they reduce noise by a few decibels! these ones specifically (experience) are really good at reducing bass and crowd noise at concerts so you can hear vocals and instruments better, also movie dialogue!

not to be an ad, but these loop experience earplugs i bought seven months ago are probably my fave QOL-improving purchase of the year!!

have tried using them at concerts, imax, karaoke, loud cafes & restos, and rooms with multiple Kapampangan titas (iykyk lol)
