lol we have plenty of shortcomings that we are working to address. Raleigh kicks our ass on older historic spaces for lease and an entrepreneurial spirit that comes from all the colleges. We need more people to lay roots and invest in Charlotte, like they do in the Triangle.

That’s correct we want to build 3 more train lines and NCGA said “how about .75 train lines and a lot of roads” I def don’t agree on the worst of the Metros tho. We have a lot of big city amenities Raleigh is lacking and a way better urban core.
