This is the first time my seasonal depression had my tapped out. The world became a little too much and I had to take a me day. Ate some cake, talked to friends, and breathed deeply.

Am grumpy. On Dec 29th I slipped on ice and rolled my ankle and it's not getting better so now I need to be on crutches for 2 weeks to keep the weight off it entirely.
