As it's come up elsewhere, what are some words that you mispronounced for a long time because you only saw them written and never heard them spoken?

Mine was "Hyperbole," which I pronounced "hyper bowl" well into my adult life (it's pronounced "High-per-bow-lee" instead, which, okay, I guess).

I’m baffled at the idea of someone who thinks of themselves as a writer wanting to use AI in their work. Wouldn’t you want to have written, and sweated over, every word? I would.
