My default image viewer is ifran and it works there too. With mspaint I can quick safe as png/jpg if needed.
Windows also shows the thumbnails in explorer no issue.

I HATE how this comes just as I really liked using the Bluesky Downloader addon to get way better filename format than the default that is way too random.
Now I need to open that>copy name>close>rightclick to click save as Webp As addon and paste the name there.
