Planned obsolescence is one thing- using cheap components and trusting physical parts will wear out and a new model purchased- but its a different thing entirely to have an engineer sit down and consciously change code to remove functionality and deliberately make purchased goods worse.

I opted out, returning to the basic model, and a now that about a month has passed I've noticed that they are removing functionality from Alexa that I've used reliably for nearly a decade. Notably the ability to move currently streaming music from one device to another, as I change rooms.

So I've used Amazon Alexa in my house for the last 9 years. When I bought this house I put an Echo in nearly every room. I would primarily use it to play music in which ever room I'm in. Now they're trying to push their AI driven Alexa+ subscription on me by opting me in with out my consent.

I hoarded these boxes I liked from a mid autumn festival mooncakes gift box, and finally found a use for them- I designed and printed these knolling trays for Lego or other model kits

Also I hate it when i'm in the sewer but a helicopter spots me in there.

If literally the only thing you care about is texture fidelity and tough guy military boys, then I guess a game like this would be all you need.
