Just had a deli tuna triple decker and was dismayed to find two layers of toast rather than three. They offer several types of triple deckers on their display, yet cannot execute this sandwich. Am I alone or are many people opening sandwich wrappers with equal disappointment?
Please avoid phone calls on the subway. Your call will drop at every station and we don’t want to hear your private conversations. We do want performers to do thrilling tricks while hanging from metal bars while the train is in motion.
The MTA in NYC has to do better with homeless people on platforms and near entrances. An encampment with five people on the platform this morning at 23rd and Broadway was seen, then human feces on the stair landing and a shelter of boxes outside the Flatiron Bldg on a daily basis for weeks.
Please use a broom instead of a leaf blower in NYC. It is comical to see superintendents clearing leaves in front of buildings using a device that really doesn’t work and could be done faster with a broom and a dust pan.

Please note that people outside of cold weather regions are unfamiliar with the definition of a snowbank. It is a mound or slope of snow and in cities they can be very high and until cleared. Fun to slide down, but away from traffic is advised.

Further to the prior post, if you are driving in NYC, do not text while driving. Driving slowly and being distracted is just as dangerous with hundreds of pedestrians and people on bikes.
Please do not text and drive. I witnessed no less than six people looking at their phones while driving at least 55 miles/hour on the LIE this weekend. You are distracted, will not have enough time to stop and either injury or kill someone. Pull over if you need to read or text.
Please note that egg drop soup holds more heat than hot and sour soup. Let it cool otherwise you will burn the roof of your mouth.
Please wear a toque (French-Canadian for a wool hat) in the winter and have no less than three. You will lose at least one per season.
Please be patient. There is something amiss when one waits 6 min then another 10 min for subway trains during rush hour.
Please go to Katz’s Deli and get half pastrami and half tongue sandwich. A full pastrami sandwich will put you in a coma.

Please note that it takes a lot of talent to provide a consistently entertaining podcast. Not a lot of people can keep you engaged for an hour or more.
Please ride bikes and use a bike share. It is a great way to get around NYC and other cities but follow the rules of the road.
Please learn to drive a manual transmission car. It is way more fun than driving an automatic and keeps you engaged.
Please give half-sour and full sour pickles a chance. Pickled tomatoes do not compare.
