I want another Western-tinged entry like the original and 2, so a space prison flick seems like a great way to bring that energy while doing something new for the series.

I attended my first ever B-Fest this past weekend. What a great experience!
Usually, I feel like I don’t fit in anywhere. I had this foreign sense of belonging and acceptance. That I didn’t have to hide who I am (or who I’m not). Thanks to all of you for being so awesome and welcoming.

So @zebdallas.bsky.social had a great time at his first #bfest. He watched about 3 or 4 movies and loved the audience participation in WIZARD OF SPEED AND TIME and PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE.
We came back a bit early since he was really missing home but it was a great weekend with super swell people.
B-fest has been a ton of fun , awesome to put a few faces to names that I’ve known on this and the bird site in the past for years!
I definitely am getting too old for these kind of theater-seat marathons, since im pretty sore and my body wants to do things. So chilling with kiddo for a bit.
And the lack of a monkey in the audience, william castle style, was very evident.
