Its a treat to find that out. I'm honestly so gob smacked right now that people are this mad about it. If the voice was dog shit, I'd understand that as a critique but that's just simply not it.

Man sounds like he's doing a good job based off of the small chip I've heard so far. Sure he's a celebrity but does that make him less qualified to play the role? Every once in a while we find out some random celebrity is goated at voice acting and should actually peruse that career choice

If this is what yoshi sounds like the entire movie, I have no clue why everyone's crying and shitting over Donald Glover doing the voice. He's the only thing that even REMOTELY sounds similar to the actual game characters voice. What the fuck are we crying about

I agree, writing and painting can be used to vent out pain and frustrations, but I don't think it necessarily always means one is dissatisfied with life or want to escape life itself.

Art has many interpretations and uses.

I feel like this theory implies art only comes from pain and escapism.
