Why Tourette's is mostly swearing? Actually my most common tics are whistling, lip pops, toe taps, and shouting "I LOVE YOU" . Which can be as embarrassing as swearing or offering a fisting! Just 10% of people with TS have coprolalia (the swearing tics). People just notice the swearing more.
