i truly, really maintain that fic writing is a PASSION and sometimes part of it is that it’s allowed to be bad. unapologetically so. you’re allowed to play in a little sandbox away from the idea of performing well or optimally.

This was it. Lucifer was sunk low, exactly where Gwi-Ma needed him to be. But instead of pulling him further into his sorrow, Alastor was overcome with the need to comfort. He reached out and took one of Lucifer’s hands in his own. “You have so much, Lu. You have—” Before he could finish, the bright pink glow of his patterns illuminated his skin, and they quickly spread up his arm. Lucifer’s eyes widened as he snatched his hand away. “You’re… a demon?” His expression rapidly flipped through several emotions: shock, anger, betrayal, and worst of all, hurt. “I can explain!” Alastor reached for Lucifer, but the familiar pull of Gwi-Ma’s power forcibly dragged him down into the demon world.
