Always kind of amazed at the hubris grad students show when they talk to me, look me in the eye, fail to add the proper honourifics before and after my name, etc. Do they think we are equals? Does the PhD mean nothing to them? We have hierarchy in academia for a reason you know.

Canada Life has given Granite users access to their parking lot for years, but I can see why they wouldn’t want to formally enter into an agree that would restrict development on their own property.
Doesn't the Granite Curling Club already have an arrangement with Canada Life to use their parking lot at certain times?
