A couple of highs. A couple of lows. Lots of “ehhh…”

Pretty sure he took a slapper to a very sensitive spot
Shouldn’t this picture result in a technical foul for too many players on the court?
Unfortunately Nick is right about P4 games in Corvallis. Under new requirements for P4 teams to
Play 10 P4 games, no teams are going to make one of their non-P4 games a roadie in Corvallis.
And the league would likely love nothing more than to move the Blazers to Vegas or Seattle. I have no confidence they’ll be here in 10 years
The physical toll players put themselves through for 82 games, with very few missed games unless there’s a massive injury. The culture is you play no matter what, even if you just took a puck to the throat you make your next shift.
Then the war of attrition that is the Stanley Cup Playoff.
Watch an NHL season from start to finish. Not a debate. It’s hockey and then NFL. Then the Grand Canyon. Then the NBA and MLB.
Ike was a force
Were you expecting something different? This is the Blazer Way and has been for a decade. It’s very Scott Barnes-like
Mac with 3 goals in last 11 games. Marty equally ice cold
Yikes. Injuries really piling up…
But we have to have an athletic director salary that is the top in the conference. And a MBB coach who
makes more than Mark Few
Interesting picture choice for a WR commit
Announcers discussing taking out starters with 8 minutes left in the third.
@oregonduckfootball.bsky.social is officially an FCS program
Can it also turn off all the stupid stuff played in the stadium?
It may simply be that he wants to be at a power program rather than a G6 one.
Agreed. I do think there was some talent on last year’s team, but I’m okay with 60-70 new players coming in.
Both Barnes and Tinkle prevent themselves from competing. Barnes makes 2-3x what any other Pac12 AD makes. Tinkle makes more money than Mark Few, way above the mean for Pac hoops coaches. Cutting their bloated salaries would add millions that could help acquire talent.
This topic was one I brought to Canzano back in 2019: www.oregonlive.com/sports/2019/...
OSU led the old pac in administrative spending, while underfunding its revenue sports. I’ve wanted Barnes to be canned going on six years
All the data is here: ope.ed.gov/athletics/#/
OSU was 63/64 power 5 teams in terms of budget devoted to football. 64th was WSU. Guess who got left behind? This was not due to poverty. OSUs old AD total budget was on par with VaTech ,NCSt. OSU chose to be poor in football.
I’d say it’s pretty rare. Even if someone were asked to go, I’d doubt they would make that public.
Curious to the ratio of guys leaving on their own volition versus those asked to seek other options
A buddy of mine and I were at the game and kept track: Simons touched the ball 22 times in the game and got off 13 shot attempts. Two were not official because an offensive foul negated the shot. Don’t change Ant.
I probably should have read more into Maalik yelling at Langs during that game than I originally did.
I have us at 9-3 had we had 11 players on the field after forcing a 3 and out on Cal’s first possession in the opening game
OL is piecemeal, but goodness Max, pull the trigger sometime will ya?
I’ve looked a lot. Ioniq 6 is the go-to
Sucks their produce is cased in plastic. The frozen chocolate croissant are the best thing there
Let the conference pay him for his work rebuilding the Pac. There’s no excuse for his salary, especially given the subpar results.
